The cottage is made up of 3 levels.
Level 0 includes:

- a bathroom with WC,
- a large room with equipped kitchen, library, billiards, table football, games area
Level 1 includes:

- a living room,
- a bedroom on the east side with its shower room and WC,

Level 2 includes:
- a bedroom on the south side,
- a bedroom on the north side,

The cottage is surrounded by a 2200 m2 landscaped garden, on which there is a swimming pool, a 50 m2 terrace and a 80 m2 grassed slab area.
